Project Description
Over the winter months we have a number of work parties to manage the ancient woodland on site through the ancient art of coppicing. This will involve cutting down woodland stands of a certain age to promote regrowth.
Volunteers will need to bring gloves and suitable clothes including sturdy footwear, all training and tools will be provided.
