We are ideally looking for volunteers who can commit medium to long term, working from home, maximum one day a week. We are very interested in hearing from you if you could be available to help on cover the hotline on a weekend day. We’re also very interested in volunteers who could help cover odd days when others are not available.
About the Training

This training will cover all the basics of being a Hotline Coordinator for MSN and is aimed for people wishing to join the MSN volunteer team. We'll be running thorugh the background of the project, and what manning the Strandings Hotine involves; form what information to get to logging information and calling out volunteers.

We would like to know a little of your background, your experience and why you are interested in getting involved with the MSN Hotline team. Are you a current volunteer with the Marine Strandings Network or the British Divers Marine Life Rescue? What days of the week might you be available to cover the hotline? This role is home based, but you will need access to a smartphone mobile and a computer/laptop - could you confirm that this is possible.
