Project Description

Wildwood Trust has at its heart a unique charitable vision to help restore our areas of wildlife and recreate the true wild wood. Our educational programmes give future generations a true appreciation of the beauty of the natural world around them.

We recognise this is going to be a mammoth undertaking therefore we are asking for people to volunteer their time for a really worthwhile project. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact us.

This project will require weather appropriate clothing and hard wearing shoes. Tasks will include:

  • Clearing paths
  • Controlling the flora
  • Managing and restoring the water systems
  • Repairing the bridges

There will be opportunities for surveying the biodiversity in the area and small mammal surveying such Harvest Mice.
