Project Description
10:00am to 15:00pm on following Fridays:
15th November 2019, 6th and 20th December 2019, 10th and 24th January 2020, 7th and 21st February 2020, 6th and 20th March 2020.
LEADER: Paul Sampson, White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (01304 241806 or 07773 619121). MEET: Black gates, entrance to former Connaught Barracks, Fort Burgoyne Road, off Dover Road, just off A258 junction, Dover, CT15 5LP (TR 322 423).
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU Bring plenty to drink and lunch if you intend to stay all day. We usually provide water, squash, tea and biscuits. We provide an experienced leader, training and supervision, tools and gloves, but please bring your own gear if you prefer.
WHAT YOU SHOULD WEAR • Sturdy boots or safety shoes (not trainers) with good grip and thick soles • Old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or torn • Long sleeved shirts and trousers to protect your limbs • Waterproofs/ wellies if rain forecast.
