HAMSTREET WOODS
HAMSTREE WOODS CONSERVATION TASKSProject Summary
An ancient woodland that is made up of a diverse mix of predominantly deciduous trees. The main tasks here are thanks to a collaboration with Natural England who own and manage the woodland. We visit the wood twice over the winter to collect materials (stakes and binders) for our hedgelaying tasks at Romney Warren.
