Many species use farmland to feed on, travel across and as their main habitat. The Monitoring of species including animals, birds, butterflies, bees and plants is essential to demonstrate how our farming methods are benefitting wildlife and regenerating the farmed landscape.

It doesn’t matter what level of skills you have identifying species; our monitoring officers would love to share their knowledge with you and give you all the training you need. We just need your enthusiasm and commitment to support a monitoring programme!
