Ponds and scrapes (shallow, more temporary water bodies) provide very important amphibian breeding sites and are used by all our native newts, frogs and toads. Pond clearance helps maintain these habitats to an optimal condition for the species who live there.

Project Description
All tools, equipment and biscuits provided, a lift is available from the office 655a Christchurch Rd for tasks. Wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring own lunch. Tasks usually run from 10am until 3pm.
