Project Description

What's involved?  being available in the garden to welcome visitors and to provide help and information
opening and locking the garden buildings at the beginning or end of each day
maintaining radio contact with colleagues in the garden and at the entrances
This role will suit you if you are... able to share your enthusiasm and love of Stourhead with visitors
comfortable working outdoors
of an outgoing personality, confident engaging visitors in conversation
able to deal with the occasional demanding visitor in a calm and professional manner
happy to work as part of a team
By getting involved you could make every visitor’s time spent in the garden, as enjoyable and interesting as possible
aim to answer questions about the history of the garden and temples
