Project Summary
Path wardens will choose an area they would like to work within usually nearest to their home and will be asked to walk it quarterly completing a proactive rights of way check.

Project Description
Wardens will be trained to carry out small scale maintenance works and light vegetation clearance so they can help the countryside service look after their local routes.
Reporting and recording issues on the Hampshire ROW map and with the community engagement ranger in their area.
The community engagement ranger will send job sheets when issues are reported by the public and will be there to support you with any questions and training you need.

- Inspecting
- Waymarking
- Small scale path clearance and maintenance
- Reporting and recording
- Talking to members of the public
- Quarterly checks of chosen routes
